We want you to be head over heels with your purchase! If you’re not in love, send it back--no questions asked! We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in fully saleable condition in return for a full refund within 30 days* of order delivery.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Send an email to email@example.com including your order number, all item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. In order to accept your return, we must receive this email within thirty (30) days after you have received your order.
2. Within one or two business days we will send you the return shipping information and provide further instructions about how to complete your return.
3. In case you’re making a return, you’ll see a credit on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles after we’ve received the returned merchandise and have approved the return. In case you’re exchanging product(s), the exchanged merchandise will be shipped to you.
WHAT’S THE RETURN POLICY AT JUNE?
You are responsible for shipping us your returns within 30 days of receiving your order using a carrier of your choice. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order.
- For all the holiday shoppers, all orders placed between November 15 and December 23 will have an extended return policy. Orders made during this time can be returned or exchanged until January 4th at the latest.
- If the returned product/products are unclean (with makeup or signs of dirt) or damaged, we may not refund you the entire purchase amount.
- If a delivery goes unclaimed, you may be required to pay a handling fee.
- June is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes proof of delivery or a tracking number.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We examine our products before shipping, so manufacturing errors are rare. However it does happen from time to time. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a refund or exchange, follow these steps:
- Leave all tags on the products.
- Take several high-res, well-lit photos of the damaged product and attach them in your email.
Our team will review your claim and, once approved, we will provide either a full refund or exchange, depending on inventory and availability. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
