WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?
A confirmation email containing your unique Order ID is automatically sent upon the successful completion of your order. Kindly check your spam folder and you should find it hiding there. If you still can’t find it, you can email us at email@example.com with the full name that was placed in your order and we’ll be happy to help.
It takes about 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as this happens.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We may or may not be able to cancel your order depending on the order status. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to help you. If we cannot cancel your order, we will help you through our easy returns process.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Exchanges will depend on stock available and for the same style and color only. If you want to exchange an item, email us at email@example.com.
I FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER; CAN I MAKE A CHANGE BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Once your order has been submitted, the order goes almost immediately to processing. The easiest solution would be for you to place a new order for the extra item. Remember, shipping is free. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org afterwards so we can combine the orders into one delivery.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR/SIZE OF WHAT I JUST ORDERED?
Once your order has been placed, the order goes almost immediately to processing. Depending on when you placed the order we might still be able to help you. Please email us immediately at email@example.com and we will do what we can to help you.
WHAT IS THE JUNE RETURN POLICY?
You are responsible for shipping us your returns within 14 days of receiving your order at your own shipping cost using a carrier of your choice. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order.
Since you will be liable for any lost or damaged packages we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking numbers. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 2-3 days in processing time after we have received your returned merchandise. Depending on your bank, it can take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We are unable to process refunds for any additional fees, customs or duties that may apply to your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship everywhere in the world and use EMS Epacket Light for all international shipments.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
Customs and additional fees depends on which country you are located in. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
WHERE ARE YOU GUYS LOCATED?
Our main office is in Copenhagen, Denmark but our incredibly talented team is also located all over Europe.
HOW DO I WASH AND TAKE CARE OF MY JUNE GEAR?
To keep your June gear as pretty as the day they arrived, wash on 30 degrees celcius or in cold water, and hang dry. Because of its quick-dry fabric technology, your gear will be ready to go in just a couple of hours. PS: If you use a spin cycle with cold water it makes your gear last longer and is also better for the environment as it reduces energy use, it’s a win-win.

WHERE IS YOUR FACTORY LOCATED?
Shenzhen, China. You may not be aware, but a lot of the best manufacturers for high performance fabrics are found overseas. We know - we looked everywhere. Europe and north America have great manufacturers for basic knitwear, but for our premium sportswear the only factories up to the challenge were located in Asia. Quality means everything to us, and we wanted to ensure we gave you the best product at the lowest accessible price point.
