Terms & Conditions



The following terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted on June’s webshop at (hereafter referred to as ”webshop” or “the webshop”) and covers all purchase agreements that that the customer enters into from a distance with June Label IVS (hereafter referred to as “June”). Please read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting any order at our store. We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions from time to time, so we encourage you to read the terms and conditions prior to every order you place with June.

Once your order has been confirmed and you receive an order confirmation to the address you submitted at purchase, a binding purchase agreement is entered into. If any ordered item runs out of stock before the status is updated on our webshop, we will let you know via email. We may recommend an alternative item or cancel the order. If an incorrect price has been displayed on the webshop, you will have the option to either purchase the item at the correct price or cancel your order. June reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, can be suspected.

You must be 18 years or older to place an order on the webshop and not under guardianship. June assumes that any minor who completes a purchases on the webhop has submitted truthful information regarding their age and confirmation of consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s) ordered. If any false information is given, the buyer may be liable for the costs incurred from an invalid agreement.


The prices listed on June’s webshop are current and we reserve the right to change them at any time. June is not bound by price indications in the webshop which the buyer must reasonably or apparently understand are incorrect and which, for example, have occured due to technical problems in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer. Prices include local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated on the webshop. We accept credit card and direct debit invoice payments, unless otherwise indicated in the webshop. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorisation by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorisation. We’ve partnered with an authorized payment service provider (PSP), which processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard, PCI DSS. PCI DSS was developed by international credit card companies such as MasterCard, VISA, and Diners. All transactions made at June will be sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form. All payment and credit card information submitted will be protected and processed with a high level of security.


All promotions are available for a limited time only. Codes and promotions cannot be combined. Discounts and campaigns are valid on full-price items only. Discount codes and vouchers are valid one time only, per customer and purchase. In the case of fraudulence or the obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotion codes, we reserve the right to cancel the order in question.

For orders eligible for a discount or gift, the value of the gift/discount is calculated as a general discount based on the total order value. If the order, or a part of the order, is returned or exchanged, the order value will be recalculated and and you will receive a credit equal to the purchase price minus the relative share of the overall discount.

Promotions and discount codes can only be applied to new orders and are not valid on past orders.


Our goal is to deliver your order as soon as possible so you can begin enjoying it. Orders of in-stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days after your Order Confirmation has been received and delivery can be expected in 7-10 business days for orders to the US, Canada and Australia or 7-15 business days for international orders. Delivery times are estimates. During peak seasons and holidays (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday or during major sales) deliveries may take longer. In the case that a delivery is delayed more than fifteen (15) business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us, in which case we will credit any payment made by you. If your order has already shipped, you must first return the item to us before we can issue the credit. The shipping cost will be indicated in the order summary before you submit your order. We currently ship to most countries but may not be able to ship to certain countries outside the European Union. If you have any questions about where we ship, please contact Customer Service. Please note that custom duties may be charged depending the destination country. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any abnormalities found, as stated under Returns below. In the case you do not collect your products upon delivery, we maintain the right to debit you a charge to cover our costs for return shipping and administration.


We offer a 14-day return policy, calculated from the date you receive your order. If you would like to make a return, please follow our return instructions. Items shall be returned unused and in saleable condition, wrapped and packed in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned items and can confirm that the above requirements are met, we will refund your payment. If you discover that an item we delivered is defective, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint to get a replacement delivery or, in case that is not possible, a refund. The same process applies for products that appear to have been damaged during shipping or if you notice any other deviations from your original order, e.g. you received the incorrect number of items or the product model is not precisely what you ordered. Please send returns to Customer Service or to the address specifically given by our team. In all cases of returns, the customer assumes risk for any loss or damage acquired during return shipping,


June puts a huge emphasis on quality control, ensuring that all products are meticulously checked before the shipments go out to our customers. We work hard to prevent damage and defects in our products. If, however, you receive an item that is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace the item in question with a new sample, if available. If the same item is no longer available, we will refund the original cost of the item plus the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of a larger order containing other items in good condition, the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid. Please remember to always examine your order upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible about any deviations..

We will return your funds as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days from the date you returned the item and it was received by June, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.


June tries to accurately reproduce all items for sale in the webshop. However, we are unable to guarantee that the colours that appear in the online store are an exact reflection of the product’s actual colours. The colours in product images can appear differently on screen depending on a variety of factors, including your computer or phone screen settings, graphics card, or various other computer settings.
